Legacy Fire & Safety will be performing the 3 year full flow test of the dry sprinkler system on Monday, April 3rd. This is required maintenance that needs to be done.
We do not expect these tests to interrupt owner’s activities during the day.
We are organizing the garden plots for the upcoming season. If you’re interested in testing out your green thumb, please come to the common room @ 4:00 pm on Sunday March 19th.

The common areas will have their carpets cleaned beginning @ 9:30 am on Saturday March 11th. These areas include all the hallways, staircases and the common room. Please clear these areas of any personal belongings, including floor mats.
