Kensington Court, built in 1996, is located in the heart of Coquitlam close to shopping and amenities. Kensington Court is walking distance to grocery stores, banks, coffee shops, the library, aquatic centre, medical services, childcare services and Coquitlam Centre with a myriad of retail stores and specialty services. Situated 250m away from the Evergreen skytrain station and 10 minute walk to the West Coast Express.
We decided to use this as a tool to provide information for owners in our strata about ongoing events in the building. Hopefully, this will improve awareness and communication for everyone.
